When the Crested Peaks' mortician drops dead at the Halloween Festival, Charlotte's friend Chloe is falsely accused of poisoning him. With all the evidence pointed squarely at Chloe, Charlotte struggles to exonerate her cupcake baking friend. As always, she's aided by a pair of sassy rabbit familiars, their cat, her best friends, and her handsome detective boyfriend. But will all that be enough to keep Chloe from going to prison?
