D.A. v. State Florida

Kenneth Daniels pled nolo contendere to one count of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, specifically reserving his right to appeal the trial courts order denying his motion to suppress the cocaine seized during a stop and frisk. We hold that the evidence does not support the trial courts order, and we reverse Daniels conviction.
