This case represents subsequent developments to those previously before this court in D'Angelo v. Cornell Paperboard Products Co. 1 Employers Mutuals Liability Insurance Company made a settlement with the plaintiff, James D'Angelo, and was permitted to intervene as a claimant, cross-complaining against Cornell Paperboard Products Company (hereinafter Cornell) and Indemnity Insurance Company (hereinafter Indemnity).
