In a whirlwind tale, action spans from Jerusalem to Manila to Washington DC. Eco-terrorists use biological weapons to try to coerce the U.S. Government and Vatican to change policies on environment and reproductive rights. The author, a former U.S. official responsible for policies relating to foreign biological weapons intelligence and policy, made the plot scientifically and historically accurate, although the characters and plot are totally fictitious.
