This is a series of poems, short stories and essays breaking down what depression feels like for those suffering through it. Often those afflicted with mental illness do their best not to worry their loved ones, but then everyone is shocked when those same happy people take their lives. This series is to help those suffering to know that they are not alone, and to help their loved ones understand.
