Displaced: Discoveries

In 2115, the modern city of Edwards was all but destroyed by a phenomenon that has yet to be explained.
 
Five years later, the city has been rebuilt and Professors Joe Adin and Tim Calder are about to embark on their greatest achievement... Warp Drive.
 
During the final test, the phenomenon suddenly returns. Nowhere near as destructive, but raising questions. Did it cause Freedom One to malfunction, leading to an amazing new discovery? Or was it just coincidence?
 
Before Joe and Tim can find answers, they are kidnapped and made to produce the same results by a man they thought they could trust. But things go cataclysmically wrong, and Joe and Tim’s world is turned upside down...
