Effective Coaching: the coaching process for climbing instructors brings together the knowledge gain from years of experience working as a climbing coach and studying Effective Coaching to a Master's level. 


It covers a broad spectrum of coaching skills from the basics of learn and teaching skill acquisition. To more subtle coaching skills like communication, develop teams, reflective practice and leadership. We also touch on the issue of the legal and moral responsibilities of a climbing coach.
