Evil Snowpeople

The City of Tigerwood faces a new threat from the Everything Mega Super Store which offers everything and anything one could want for Xmas. Then sightings of penguins never seen before in Tigerwood take over social media. When a penguin is found dead, the police suspect abuse and call in the Xenocryst Agency to find those responsible. Will they figure it out before too many penguins die or too many people end up with unnecessary debt?
