But on Christmas Eve, Teddy learns that a London crook known as Pablo Skutura has robbed Father Christmas of the children's gifts, and left him tied up in Epping Forest! Teddy's hope of a prompt police investigation is shattered when they dismiss the story as mere fantasy! Teddy vows to act!
