Forgotten Engagement

Karina wakes up with amnesia following an accident. A man named Ford claims to be her fiancé and offers to support her in her new life. However, Karina finds it hard to let him in, remembering nothing about their relationship. In spite of this, Ford continues to devotedly look after her. But just when Karina starts to feel something for Ford, his ex-girlfriend appears on the scene!
