This is a personal injury case. The plaintiff Milton Baldree was a customer of the defendant G. C. Green and was on the premises of a lumber yard operated by the defendant when a roll of roofing felt fell, striking the plaintiff and inflicting the injuries for which he sued. A jury trial resulted in a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff. The defendants motion for new trial was overruled and he appealed.
