Description de l’éditeur
FACTS. - Leventis leased land to GGA., which built and opened a fast food restaurant on the land. The lease contained a provision to allow GGA to purchase the land. Leventis received an offer from Brown to purchase the land for $210,000, and informed GGA. GGA expressed its intention to purchase the land instead of Brown for $210,000. Leventis received another offer for $250,000, and thereafter refused to sell to GGA for $210,000. GGA purchased for $250,000, reserving its rights based on the $210,000 price.
