G. Gale Allen v. Charles Bussell and

This appeal is from the superior courts denial of appellant Gale Allens motion to conform the superior courts judgment to its findings. Allens attack on the superior courts denial of his motion to conform is embodied in four separate specifications of error, all of which raise questions as to the construction and application of Civil Rule 60. We affirm the decision of the superior court.
