G. Property Management, Ltd v. Multivest Financial Services of Texas, Inc‪.‬

The underlying litigation involves numerous parties, claims, and counter-claims. Common to many of the claims discussed in this appeal is the assertion that one of the parties, Gustavo Garcia, was dishonest about how he funded his share of a partnerships purchase of a commercial building, and that he and others concealed the deception. We affirm in part and reverse and render in part.
