Garcia V. Barreiro

Appellants, Juan Andres Garcia, individually and as president of Sun Down Homes, Inc., and Sun Down Homes, Inc., appeal from the trial court's dismissal of appellants' suit for failure to appear when the case was called for jury selection. In a single point of error, appellants contend the trial court erred in dismissing their case. *fn2 We affirm.
