Gary Beard (Defendant Below) v. State

Appellant pled guilty to an indictment which charged him with Second Degree Murder. This Court affirmed the denial of his first petition for post-conviction relief in an opinion reported as Gosnell v. State (1982), Ind., 439 N.E.2d 1153. Appellant then filed a second petition for post-conviction relief. The petition was denied and the appeal ensued.
