Gary Elliot a/K/a Gary Lee Elliott v. State Florida

Per Curiam. The trial court enhanced a sentence upon a revocation of probation citing five reasons therefore, four of which were invalid. We therefore set aside the sentence imposed and remand to the trial court for resentencing. See Albritton v. State, 476 So.2d 158 (Fla. 1985).
