1 Joshua Genskow appeals a judgment dismissing his personal injury claim against James Kurszewski and Kurszewskis insurer. Genskow was injured while employed on Kurszewskis farm. The jury found Kurszewski causally negligent, but assigned a greater percentage of causal negligence to Genskow. He contends that the trial court erroneously declined to set aside the negligence finding as grossly disproportionate, either on the facts or as a matter of law, to set aside the verdict for prejudicial remarks by Kurszewskis attorney during closing arguments, and to deny a new trial in the interest of justice. Genskow also asks this court to order a new trial in the interest of justice. We affirm.
