Gentry v. Ressnier

This is an action seeking recovery for damages to immovable property and for personal injuries caused by improvements made to a drainage canal. Plaintiffs appealed adverse judgments of the trial court maintaining peremptory exceptions pleading the objection of prescription filed by defendants. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
