Geradeen Danek v. Meldrum Manufacturing

Action in the Ramsey County District Court brought on behalf of Geradeen Danek, a minor, by Alex Danek, her guardian, for
personal injuries allegedly sustained by said minor while working for defendant, and by said Alex Danek on his own behalf
for consequential damages. The court, Otis H. Godfrey, Jr., Judge, granted defendant's motion for summary judgment, and plaintiffs
