KIMBERLY MARTIN thought her day couldn't get any worse. In the span of a heartbeat she went from riding high to the depths of despair. Returning from a conference where she was named WOMAN OF THE YEAR, she felt like a triumphant empress returning to her minions until she opened her office door to a scene of utter chaos.
