Eight-year-old Kasey Turner is new to the community of Swan Quarters. His new best friend, Tammy Henderson, teaches him one of her favorite past times. After searching the beach for washed up treasures, Kasey's newest find puts him on the path to solving the biggest mystery Swan Quarters has ever known. 

Kasey faces his fears about his new community and new neighbor, Ms. Whitlock. With the help of his friend, Tammy, he becomes the hero of  Swan Quarters.
