In a rather odd twist of fate, a timid Welsh farmer's son and an angel with a severe attitude problem swap places for a week, setting off a chain of uproarious adventures.

Powys Evans, the unassuming teenager from the small Welsh village of Ponty Bodkin, finds himself thrust into the bewildering world of celestial beings, where cautious angels abound. Armed with his down-to-earth humour, trusty harp, and visitor's map, Powys fearlessly challenges the angels' overly cautious ways, showing them the beauty of taking risks, embracing imperfections, and being able to watch both Coronation Street and EastEnders for the rest of eternity. 

Meanwhile, Poyel, the angelic visitor stranded on Earth, struggles to navigate the quirks and complexities of human life. Through comical mishaps and endearing misunderstandings, Powys discovers his hidden abilities to create more mischief than he was ever allowed to get up to in heaven. As Powys and Poyel learn from each other's experiences, they must deal with a mix of cultural clashes, heartwarming friendships, and unexpected challenges. Not to mention Go... Erm... Bob, the big cheese in charge of... well, everything, really. Only Bob seems to be more interested in running a small village shop and pretending to be someone else.
