Greene v. Rothschild

Plaintiff below appeals from a single judgment of dismissal in an action against multiple defendants based upon a verdict for two defendants and the courts dismissal, because of the failure of proof, of the remaining defendants, who are partners doing business under the partnership name of the Yellow Cab Company.
