Known for his bold and aggressive leadership, Kurt "Panzer" Meyer was one of the most highly decorated German soldiers of World War II. He successively commanded a motorcycle company, a reconnaissance battalion, a grenadier regiment, and the Hitler Youth Panzer Division.
