Gumshoe in the Dark

On a lonely Nevada highway at dusk in a thunderstorm, private eye Mortimer Angel comes across a scantily-clad girl, cold and alone. She orders him out of his truck at gunpoint, but nothing is as it seems, and Mort is soon dragged into the deadliest situation of his career.
