HIS WORDS

Catherine Johnson Broussard is an African American Poet living in New Orleans, Louisiana.

“Since a child, I had HIS Words in my soul, 

now it’s time to write”.

Spanning over years; the thoughts of HIM has been her solace; words written on scattered paper; now in HIS time, her words have come to be.

Ms. Broussard is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. She 

has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is the owner of The 

Wedding Broom Company LLC and HIS WORDS LLC. Ms. 

Broussard is the mother of three amazing souls and the grandmother to seven of the most precious gifts one can ask for.

“I thank the LORD each day for my children and grandchildren. They are the love which feed my soul”

Through her poems, Ms. Broussard inner faith reveals her love and commitment to the Word of God and reflects her unyielding faith.
