I am GoD connecting

George, gaming name GoD, is hell-bent on winning Creation. And to do this, he must 'End the World'. And to achieve this, he needs to get to level ten, but he is not the only one with this idea.

The story is set in the future when the world, as we know it, no longer exists. Humanity has ravaged the planet, causing Mother Nature to become an ugly shadow of her former self – the air is toxic, electrical storms hit without warning, and animals have mutated. To survive, humans have resorted to living in cubes made habitable by artificial means, as venturing outside, and any form of physical contact is frowned upon. They have developed alternative ways to safely connect to others. Advanced technology, through the six nets, helps them to socialize online in an ever-growing virtual world. Only now, people can kill each other, act obscenely, and indulge in every twisted fantasy they have, without fear of ramifications.

George is a participant in one such world – a game called Creation. And he enjoys every bit of it. In reality, he is just a far-from-perfect, overweight, spoiled teenager who lives alone with his widowed father. But in Creation, he is GoD – an Olympus warrior, destroying his opponents with no remorse. He spends endless hours lying on his gaming bed, strengthening his position within the game, along with other Olympus warriors like Ng Mui, Boudicca, Gráinne Mhaol, and Spoiler, the ghost player - the last avatar any player sees.

It is in the process of escaping Spoiler that George commits suicide and ends up in the gaming vault, where he meets Evil, another player, and his life takes an unexpected turn as, ironically, GoD and Evil team up to try and bring about the 'End of the World.'

The science fiction fantasy series presents a glimpse into a probable future – what the world might become as a result of humanity's digital exploration. A world that, although frightening and isolated, is already being formed.
