Ashton reveals that he genuinely dislike defense attorney Jose Baez, a smarmy underhanded man, and can t resist the urge to share anecdotes that make Baez appear foolish he even describes the defense s arguments as borderline ridiculous. Understandably, Ashton was convinced that the jury would find Anthony guilty and he would be able to retire on a high note, but the shocking verdict proved otherwise.
