Insanity

Brian and Kate decide to turn Kate's 1911 Tudor Revival mansion into a BDSM inn. During the renovation they discover the mansion holds a dark secret that puts Kate's life in danger. 

While they try to solve the mystery, they have a New Year's Eve orgy with their best friends, enjoy the Doctor's office that Brian built, and they have a wild time in the 1959 Cadillac hearse that Brian bought on a whim and had turned into a hot-rod limousine.
