Naoki leaves Kotoko behind and goes to work at a hospital in Kobe. Kotoko promised not to go and see Naoki until summer holidays, but because of not receiving a call for 3 whole days, she has Naoki-withdrawal symptoms, and goes secretly to Kobe to just look at him.
