Grappling with that and the mysterious disappearance of her aunt, she navigates life at a home she has long been away from. Isolated, except for the company of her chipper sister-in-law, Josephine decides to use magic to put things right. The result is something she could not have foreseen and that will shape her destiny for better or worse.
