King County Boundary Review Board v. City of Auburn

The King County Boundary Review Board appeals the dismissal of its declaratory judgment action against the City of Auburn. The trial court dismissed the action on the basis that the Board failed to reach a decision in a pending review within the 120-day time period required by a recently amended statute. We affirm.
