King v. Williams

The first is a motion on behalf of plaintiffs in error, filed herein on February 1, 1955, for an order of this Court extending time within which to lodge the reporters transcript with the clerk of the trial court. The second, a motion on behalf of defendant in error, filed February 16, 1955, for an order dismissing the writ of error.
