Kinskie v. Capstin

Arthur R. Kinskie, d/b/a A. R. Kinskie Construction Company, plaintiff below, appeals an order granted on defendant Evans Financial Corporations motion which vacated a summary judgment that had foreclosed a materialmans lien in Kinskies favor. We affirm.
