Description de l’éditeur
The question presented by this appeal is whether appellant is entitled to recover Workmens Compensation for the total permanent loss of the sight of an eye as a result of an accidental injury in which he had only 20/400 vision immediately prior to the injury. The full board denied recovery. From that decision appellant prosecuted this appeal.
