Kirby Forest Industries v. Hubert Lee Dobbs

This is an appeal by Kirby Forest Industries, Inc. (KFI), third-party plaintiff in a timber conversion case. The trial judge found appellant KFI and another defendant, Troy Pfleider, jointly and severally liable for plaintiff Chester Cooks damages and entered a take-nothing judgment against appellant on its third-party claims for breach of warranty, indemnity, and contribution against Hubert Lee Dobbs, Sr. and the estate of Eugenia Cook Dobbs (the Dobbs defendants), and John Kinney.
