Kleyman v. General Services Administration

Irina Kleyman appeals from the final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board which affirmed the General Services Administrations ("the agencys") removal of her from her position. See Kleyman v. General Servs. Admin., Docket No. NY-0752-96-0469-I-1 (M.S.P.B. Nov 13, 1998). Because Kleyman has not shown that the Board erred in any respect, we affirm.
