Klose V. Wood Valley Racquet Club Inc‪.‬

This is a personal injury action brought by Sharon Klose as mother and next friend of Colin Klose, a minor, against Wood Valley Racquet Club, Inc., (Wood Valley), the United States Tennis Association (USTA), and the Missouri Valley Tennis Association (MVTA). The district court entered summary judgment against Klose and in favor of defendants. Klose appealed. This court transferred the matter from the Court of Appeals.
