Kloster-Madsen v. Tafis

Action in the Hennepin County District Court to foreclose a mechanics lien for materials and services allegedly performed by plaintiff for defendant Tafis, Inc., in the remodeling of a building. Other lien holders were joined as defendants. After findings, Thomas Tallakson, retired judge, that other liens had priority over its purchase money mortgage, defendant The Prudential Insurance Company of America appealed from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
