Total emptyness
An empty novel. Like the late Star wars saga films. Just as there half the movie is about entering this or that spaceship, here it is about a Porsche or a Mercedes 500SLC. Much of the book reads like "I took my fathers Jaguar, and drove trough Sunset Boulevard to meet my dealer to buy a line of coke". The author certainly did a good job in describing the emptyness of the life of a golden Beverly Hills youth, the book is empty. Who cares?
