Frank Millwright is beginning his training as a psionic officer, just as he meets the girl of his dreams. When he returns to college in the fall, his girlfriend’s employer has disappeared. Frank tries to apply his budding powers to find the missing woman, despite resistance from local law enforcement. But when his girlfriend is accused of murdering her employer, Frank must use all his psionic powers to find the real killer.
