Letters To a Lover

A word, a sentence, or a complete message, what is the difference if there is no reply to the waiting sender? What a lover's heart knows, nobody can put into words. A lover only sees beginnings, never an end. His love protects her heart, and not even her silence made his heart stop beating. He would love her until the end of time. It did not matter what the world would do. A lover's heart had no option other than to be hers, to be but a shadow or a ray of light, a drop of rain, a grain of sand.

A letter always seemed immortal to me because the words remain, but the spirit that created them travels to other planes, leaving behind nothing more than expressions.
