Who’s murdering the runway models of Las Vegas?

That’s what Jim Richards and Deacon D’Angelo are tasked with finding out. One afternoon the Richard’s Investigating and Security office is flooded with beautiful runway models all seeking protection after one of their group was murdered. Jim has Buck take over the body guarding of the babes and then ends up involved with solving the murder. Buck also takes over protecting a famous pop singer from a crazy stalker but she ends up kidnapped, so Buck is joined by Earl Daws to find her. Deacon is assigned to head up the murdered model case since his homicide cop wife, Lynn, is suffering from pregnancy and can’t investigate. Jim and Deacon find too many suspects and little evidence while more models are being murdered. Will they catch the killer before the big Model competition for a million dollars. On the side, Jim is helping his ex-mob friend, Angelo, to finally open his restaurant. This is the 21st Jim and Penny book.
