Lia Martris is a college junior majoring in business, but she's unhappy and flunking an increasing number of classes. When she decides to take a semester off from school without her father's approval, her irate father gives her an ultimatum; intern with his lingerie company to gain business experience or he will cut her off financially until she shapes up.

Evan Pearson is Martris Creations' newest and hottest COO. He's got everything going for him. One hundred percent career focused, he has no desire to be saddled with his boss's errant daughter.

When Lia and Evan are forced to work together, it's a comical catastrophe. As they knock heads and dance around the attraction pulling them together, Lia continues to spiral downhill until Evan sees something in her no one else does. There's a chance he can help her, but he's torn. Helping Lia can only spell trouble with her father and potentially cost him his job. The smartest thing for him to do is keep his distance and let her crash and burn on her own, but when the heart is involved, the smart choice isn't always the right choice.
