Loving the Low Clouds

A strange sect which may,or may not, be responsible for the deaths of aboriginal girls as sacrifices allies itself with a terrorist group. Tyson's sister has been murdered and he is sure he knows the identity of the culprit. His quest takes him from his Reserve to Winnipeg where he teams up with the detective who had arrested him some time before. They find themselves embroiled in machinations of both groups and find they must act to prevent a terrorist attack on Winnipeg.
