Meet teenaged Charlotte O'Hara and her friends, Cassie, Brian, and Joe in this prequel to the Spruce Grove Cozy Mysteries Series.

It is Charlotte O'Hara's final semester in high school. She has a car, a boyfriend, good friends, and a plan for college. Charlotte also has the unenviable job of playing taxi driver for her pre-teen brother, Danny. 

Danny's basketball coach, Theo Jackson, dies in his office on the same day that Charlotte overheard him arguing with a parent. Charlotte believes the coach's death is suspicious, and she thinks the angry parent is his killer. Getting her uncle, Police Detective Mark Wright, and her new beau, Brian Gold, to believe someone murdered the coach is a challenge. Soon, Charlotte and her bestie, Cassie, are investigating the coach's death on their own. As if solving a murder isn't hard enough, Charlotte is navigating the choppy waters of her first romantic relationship, college planning, and growing up. 

March Madness is a coming-of-age prequel to the Spruce Grove Cozy Mystery series and is approximately 60,000 words. March Madness can be read as a standalone or as part of the series.
