On top of being considered as the world fashion capital, Milan has much more to offer to the visitor than the luxurious and sophisticated boutiques. There is so much ancient history everywhere, a growing concern in turning the city as greener as possible as it can be easily seen on its architecture, there is so much well-preserved art both in the open and on the numerous museums that it becomes a pleasant challenge to admire them.
