Hallows' Eve. 

Lavish decorations adorn overly large houses with bags of expensive half-eaten candy in stuffed pantries ready to be served. But one home down Fox Run Lane remains unlit, its occupiers settling into the usual evening of awkward silence punctuated with spiteful chatter.

A knock at the door changes everything, subsequent events shaking their fragile little lives to the core, all secrets spilling to now hallowed ground. There'll be no candy, only regrets, and buckets of blood.
