In a single issue, My Cafe Ltd. and My Cafe-McKesson, Ltd. (collectively, My Cafe) contend that the trial court erred in granting LunchStop, Inc.'s motion to dismiss based on forum selection clauses in the parties' franchise agreements. For the reasons below, we reject My Cafe's arguments and affirm the trial court's judgment.
